Once a month I will be sharing my fitness regime, which I have acquired from various sources such as Kung Fu, gymnastics and Breaking.
It's designed to be a workout that you can maintain daily with the use of only a bit of wall space, floor space and 30-60 minutes of your time per day.
Yep. That's it.
This magazine is monthly because once a month is a land mark time to check ones progress on my program.
Alongside me will be a man on a mission to complete his accreditation as a personal trainer, and he will be assessing the benefits of my regime with regards to both exercise and diet.
